The buildings featured elsewhere on this website illustrate our comittment to good design and represent our individual response not only to our clients needs and requirements but to the unique qualities of the buildings location. Whatever we are asked to do we aim to deliver an attractive, practical and economic solution to the problem. We endevour to accomplish this simply with the minimum of administration using clear yet detailed drawings illustrating well conceived and practical construction.
Professional fees represent a small proportion of the total build cost. We can and do make a considerable contribution to the cost effectivness of the project and hence provide good value for money. We carry the pressures of building for you, using our flair, imagination and skill. We are happy to provide any or all the following services by agreement.
We run a Mac based office system that fully integrates our Administration, Quantity Surveying and Architectural service. The bulk of our material is electronically transmitted to Clients, Consultants, Local Authorities and Contractors reducing cost and increasing efficiency. Our CAD drawing system is compatible with Autocad and drawings can be provided in dwg., dxf., and pdf. formats. This reduces printing costs and waste.
