The new building has been arranged in a terrace of rooms opening off a spinal corridor connected to the existing building via a glazed link corridor.
Included in the new building are two Information Technology rooms, a large staff room and Craft Design Technology department and necessary supporting ancillary rooms.
The architectural character of the existing school rooms has been repeated in the new building.
